      Sundowner 2 is a real gem - a luxury, terraced property in upper (wind-free) Bantry Bay, with the most Spectacular Views!

      Approximately 250 sqm in size and with one of the largest (semi covered) terraces (for a 2 bedroom property) in Bantry Bay!

      Sundowner 2 is one of two seperate/ self contained Villas on the same premisis.Its conveniantly located within close driving distance to the ocean, beaches, V&A Waterfron,Clifton, Camps Bay and all amenities along the Atlantic Seaboard.

      The front facing Bedroom 1 has a shower room with en-suite, plus a separate dressing room area. Large French windows leads you directly out onto the deck and pool area.

      Front facing Bedroom 2 has a shower room with en-suite, plus fitted wall-to-wall cupboards. French windows opens onto the outside front deck area.

      Both bathrooms are decorated in cream marble and have glass panelled showers, with shelves for toiletries.

      The kitchen is fully equipped with an grill / hob, fridge & freezer as well as a tumble dryer, washing machine & dishwasher in the scullery.

      The spacious lounge area, with amazing sea views, leads off the kitchen and opens up onto the large outside patio.

      The dining area has ample seating for 10 people and also opens up onto the large patio which has seating for 8.

      Arrival and Departure Check-in time is between 14h00 and 18h00 unless otherwise arranged.

      Check-out time is 10h00 on the day of departure.

      Please make contact 45 minutes prior to your arrival at the property on +27 21 438 9644 during office hours, or on +27 72 424 6506 after hours. Please be aware that there is an after-hours arrival charge of R200 for any arrivals between 19h00 and 7h00.

      Passports South African immigration laws require all visitors' passports to have at least two blank pages and to be valid at least six months from your planned date of departure from South Africa. The law is rigorously enforced so please check your passports without delay!

      All changes to bookings once confirmed, including moving from one property to another, or amending dates are deemed to be a cancellation of the first booking, and applicable fees must be charged.

      Your deposit is deemed to be acceptance of the said terms and conditions. No binding contract is in force until such time as a rental deposit has been made and the rental manager has vetted and accepted the payment and guest information and communicated such to the client.
