      Seacliffe 201 is located directly opposite the ocean in a secure apartment building, this convenient apartment is ideal for a couple or a couple with young children.

      The romantic main bedroom has a queen-size bed, amazing views overlooking the Ocean just below the window and a large en-suite bathroom with a decadent oval spa-bath for lazy bubble baths watching the sunset.

      There is a small second bedroom or study, with a sleeper couch which could be used as additional sleeping space. Very clever use of space has allowed for a compact 2nd bathroom with a shower.

      The granite top, open plan kitchen is equipped with all the necessary modern appliances and flows into the dining area with a 6 seater dining room table; all with the same lovely views of the Ocean.

      The open-plan lounge is furnished with comfortable leather couches and has unobstructed sea views.

      Seacliffe 201 is located close to the beaches and restaurants of Camps Bay, Clifton, Sea Point and Bantry Bay.

      Arrival and Departure Check-in time is at 14h00 unless otherwise arranged.

      Check-out time is 10h00 on the day of departure.

      Please make contact 45 minutes prior to your arrival at the property on +27 21 438 9644 during office hours, or on +27 82 333 9084 after hours. Please be aware that there is an after-hours arrival charge of R300 for any arrivals between 19h00 and 7h00.

      Passports South African immigration laws require all visitors' passports to have at least two blank pages and to be valid at least six months from your planned date of departure from South Africa. The law is rigorously enforced so please check your passports without delay!

      All changes to bookings once confirmed, including moving from one property to another, or amending dates are deemed to be a cancellation of the first booking, and applicable fees must be charged.

      Your deposit is deemed to be acceptance of the said terms and conditions. No binding contract is in force until such time as a rental deposit has been made and the rental manager has vetted and accepted the payment and guest information and communicated such to the client.
