      Rocquaine Heights is a well situated, tranquil, and secure 2 bedroom self catering apartment in a small and quiet and neat residential complex; Just 7 minutes from Cape Town city centre and the CTICC.

      This fully furnished and tastefully decorated apartment gives you the feeling of being in a home away from home with all the comforts of an upmarket establishment. All the furnishing is of the highest quality.

      Two private parking bays are available for your use. The apartment is located within a short distance of shops, restaurants and beaches.


      Accommodation:
      The apartment features a large main bedroom which opens onto a large balcony. It has a queen sized bed, and all other conveniences plus a wall safe in the cupboard.

      The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed.

      The open plan lounge & dining area has a colour television, DVD Player, & CD Stereo System.

      The well appointed kitchen is fully equipped to meet your self catering needs with a double door fridge-freezer, oven and hob, microwave, automatic washing machine and tumble dryer. All crockery, cutlery, glasses and utensils are provided.

      The bathroom has an enclosed shower in the bath, all linen; towels and beach towels are supplied.

      Two secure off street parking bays are included for your exclusive use.

      Booking Conditions

      5.Rates are quoted for the accommodation per night, in South African rand (exclusive of VAT, if applicable)

      6.Red Cherry Accommodation reserves the right to alter or amend rates and rate periods prior to the deposit being paid.

      7.Cash, bank guaranteed cheques or electronic transfers are accepted.

      8.A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount must be paid to Red Cherry Accommodation within 48 hours of Red Cherry Accommodation receiving and confirming acceptance of the signed booking form from the tenant.

      9.Failure by the tenant to pay the deposit shall result in the cancellation and forfeiture of this booking.

      10.The balance of the rental, together with a breakages deposit equal to 30% of the total rental amount, must be paid to Red Cherry Accommodation by no later than 10 days prior to check- in.
      In the event that the booking is made less than 10 days prior to the check-in, the full rental amount plus the breakages deposit shall be paid within 48 hours of Red Cherry receiving and accepting the booking form.

      11.A failure to pay the balance of the rental and the breakage deposit will result in the booking being cancelled and the guest forfeiting the deposit in favour of Red Cherry Accommodation.

      12.All losses or damages suffered by Red Cherry Accommodation or the owner will be set off against the breakage deposit.

      Red Cherry Accommodation will refund the balance, if any, within (2) two months of the termination date unless the necessary repairs or replacement of broken/missing items takes longer then this period to rectify.

      13.Should the amount of damages or losses suffered exceed the deposit, then the Tenant will remain liable for the payment thereof and hereby authorizes Red Cherry Accommodation to deduct the amount from the credit card provided by the Tenant.

      14.Cancellations must be made in writing. If the booking is cancelled more than ten (10) days (excluding the 1st day ) prior to check-in then the Tenant will forfeit the deposit in favour of Red Cherry Accommodation .

      If the booking is cancelled less then (10) ten days (excluding the 1st day) prior to check-in then the Tenant will forfeit the entire rental in favour of Red Cherry Accommodation. Red Cherry Accommodation will refund the breakage deposit to the Tenant.

      15.Our check-in time is 15h00-19h00 on the occupation date and our check-out time is by 11h00 on the termination date.

      16.The Tenant and the Tenant’s visitors use the accommodation at their own risk. Neither Red Cherry Accommodation, any of its employees or officers, nor the owner of the accommodation will be liable for any loss or damages that the Tenant or Tenant’s visitors may suffer as a result of any death, injury, theft, damage to property, accident, or any event of whatsoever nature occurring during the occupation of the accommodation, whether as a result of Red Cherry Accommodation (or its employees or officers) or the owner’s default, negligence or otherwise.
